THE UNINVITED · Halloween 2026

Event rules & privacy

Version: 24 October 2026.

What you submit

One AI-created song per entry, a publicly playable HTTPS song link or an audio file from your Gallery, song cover art, and a separate artist persona image. The Invited bring Halloween-inspired music; Party Crashers may bring any genre or theme. Both entrances are equally welcome. Entries are reviewed by the organizers before inclusion. Saving an entry does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

Your permissions

You must own or have the rights needed to submit the song and both images. You authorize the organizers to review the material, play the song at the event, and show the cover and persona in event cards and approved event showcases. Copyright ownership stays with you. This is a community listening party with honorary recognition; there are no promised cash prizes or elimination rounds.

Permission to animate, transform or use your artwork in generated event visuals is a separate optional opt-in, unchecked by default. Declining does not affect eligibility.

Your profile & Gallery

Accounts handles Discord sign-in. Your existing personas and Gallery belong to your account. New image uploads go into that Gallery. Creating a persona here adds it to your profile; saving a replacement portrait changes that persona across apps. Your contest entry records the chosen persona and images. Images used by an entry may be protected from deletion until the entry is released by organizers.

What stays private

Your connected Discord account, or a contact handle you provide, is used for coordination and stays private to event operations. Pending entries, private portraits and cover files are not listed in a public guest gallery. Approved artist names, song titles, song links and artwork may be shown for the event under the required display permission. Never include sensitive personal information in public artist names, song descriptions or persona biographies.

Storage, cookies & requests

Contest records and permission choices are stored for event preparation and follow-up. Your files remain in your Gallery. Essential cookies keep your sign-in secure; a browser-session marker remembers that you have seen the introductory poster. This page adds no advertising or analytics trackers. To request a correction, withdrawal or deletion of event records, contact the event organizers through the MobVision or #nohome community where you received the announcement. A self-service editing workflow is not available yet.

The practical details

The event is Saturday, 31 October 2026 at 22:00 GMT (UTC+0), live on Discord. Venue details, a submission deadline and final honorary categories will be announced when confirmed. Check the landing page for the current submission state. JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MiB are supported; at least 800 pixels on the shortest side is recommended. Audio uploads (MP3, WAV, FLAC, Ogg or M4A) may be up to 64 MiB and remain in your Gallery. Linked music plays on its original platform; successful link entry does not guarantee that the provider allows embedded playback.
